Drama China - Reset


Summarizing from Viki, the Chinese drama Reset was adapted from a popular novel titled Kai Duan by Qi Dao Jun. This drama tells the story of two groups of people who are trapped in a time loop. It started when Li Shi Qing (Zhao Jin Mai) went through her usual activities. He boarded a bus which turned out to be in a terrible accident that killed him. However, he keeps going back to the day before the accident, causing him to have repeated accidents. Until finally, Shi Qing realized that he had been trapped in a never-ending time loop. But unfortunately, Shi Qing also drags fellow bus passenger Xiao He Yun (Bai Jing Ting) into the time loop. Together, the two try to find a way how to change their destiny. They try to make sure the bus arrives safely at its destination so that the time loop can be closed. However, unbeknownst to them, just like Shi Qing and He Yun, two other individuals also found themselves trapped in a time loop. One of them is a delivery person who is separate but connected in a time loop. As it turned out, one of the packages that had to be included was in the name of Xiao He Yun. Connected by a power no one can fathom, can these individuals break out of the time loop? Or will it be trapped in this endless circle forever?
