This Japanese sci-fi thriller series follows the story of a group of strangers who become participants in a mysterious survival game in the exiled and seemingly ghost town of Tokyo.
The participants cannot stop and must continue in the deadly survival game and risk their lives.

After surviving the match, participants get a 'visa' that can be extended the more they compete. If the visa expires, then the person is shot with a red laser from the sky.

Together with the survivors from the first round, they are thrown into the next battle to collect the 12 'face cards' that were revealed in the first season ending.

The character Mira (played by Riisa Naka) from the first season will also return after being revealed to be one of the important figures behind the survival game.
